Here at teacuppomeranianforsalenearme.com, we allow returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges.
If a puppy is found to be unhealthy, we will take the puppy back and offer a refund or a replacement puppy.
If any of our Pomeranian puppies arrive damaged or with a health issue, customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to resolve the issue.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your puppy in its original condition with all provided documentation and accessories. Bring the puppy along with your original receipt for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below).
By law, puppies returned within the first 72 hours, regardless of the reason, must be refunded at 75% of the total purchase price, provided the puppy is in its original condition. After 72 hours and up to 7 days, the seller is not obligated to take the puppy back; however, at our discretion, we may take the puppy back at 50% of the original purchase price. After seven days, the responsibility for re-homing the puppy falls entirely to the buyer.”

After receiving your Pomeranian puppy, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days. We can offer an exchange for another puppy of equal or greater value. In some cases, we may provide a full refund of the purchase price, but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
