- New Puppy’s Name (once you have selected your puppy)
Airline and Travel Details:
Your puppy will travel via major airlines like American, United, or Delta, utilizing their pet-safe programs. Each puppy is placed in an airline-approved, climate-controlled cabin specifically for pets, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment throughout the journey.
Flight Information:
Once arrangements are confirmed, we will provide you with a flight number, estimated arrival time, and a tracking reference number. This allows you to monitor your puppy’s journey and be informed of their expected arrival time. We handle all logistics, so your responsibility is simply to meet your new puppy at the nearest airport.
Shipping Duration:
Shipping typically takes 2-3 days, ensuring a quick transition to their new home. Depending on your location within the USA, your puppy should arrive within this timeframe, giving you peace of mind.
Comfort and Safety:
Your puppy’s well-being is our highest priority. They will travel in custom, climate-controlled crates, clearly marked with “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers for careful handling. Each crate includes adequate food and water to keep your puppy nourished and hydrated during their journey. Whenever possible, we schedule direct flights to minimize travel time and reduce stress.
Weather Considerations:
We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure safe travel. In the event of adverse conditions at either the departure or arrival locations, we will reschedule the shipment to protect your puppy’s health. Your puppy’s safety is always our top priority.
